Park Avenue Modular Homes was started in March of 1998.  We design, sell, and install Westchester Modular Homes as an authorized dealer.  Located in Portsmouth on Rhode Island, our service area includes Washington County, Newport County and Bristol County.  Drop shipments set on your foundation are available statewide.

Today's homes must meet strict energy code requirements as well as newer building code requirements.  When considering a Westchester Modular Home, we take into consideration the current code requirements.  "Traditional stick framers build from the outside in and they do it outside in all types of weather.  Modular homes are built inside at a specifically designed production facility.  Weather related delays are avoided with modular construction due to everything being built off-site, in a factory.  

Your choices of style, size, colors and components can be made months in advance.  A $5,000 design/plan deposit is what starts our process.  6-8 weeks later, your Rhode Island stamp plans are available for your local building permit.  Park Ave Modular Homes offers it's clients a menu to do it all or sub it out to a qualified family professional.  When considering a modular vs. traditional stick building, the quality of construction cannot be compared without a significant increase in price.  "Price may offer the inducement.
